Hole 1 – Opening Challenge (Par 4)
A straightaway par 4 framed by tall trees, demanding a precise tee shot. Classic Donald Ross—challenging without being flashy, rewarding those who play smart from the start.
Hole 2 – Risk & Reward (Par 4)
This gentle dogleg right features a brook crossing the fairway 100 yards from the green. The choice between laying up or attacking is a hallmark Ross design element— risk and reward in perfect balance.
Hole 3 – The Signature Hole (Par 3)
Our most iconic hole, featuring a bowl-shaped green that funnels shots inward. Ross often used natural land contours to shape greens, and this one’s a true example of his genius for using terrain to influence play.
Hole 4 – Coastal Challenge (Par 3)
A long par 3 beside the Atlantic, with swirling wind and a small, well-guarded green. The subtle demands of club selection and accuracy reflect Ross’s philosophy that par 3s should test every aspect of your game.
Hole 5 – Rest in Peace (Par 4)
A sharp dogleg right turning around 120 yards from the green, with a graveyard lining the right side. It’s a strategic hole in true Ross fashion—placement over power, and a little character built right into the landscape.
Hole 6 – Oceanside Tranquility (Par 5)
This straight hole hugs the shoreline with stunning ocean views. Its simplicity and rhythm reflect Ross’s belief that golf should blend naturally into the land, creating both beauty and challenge.
Hole 7 – The Tight Squeeze (Par 4 men / Par 5 women)
A narrow fairway between trees and a lake, with a sloped green best approached from below. The subtle shaping of the green and fairway angles is a classic Ross trick—inviting precision and punishing indifference.
Hole 8 – A Tempting Shot (Par 4)
Short and strategic, with trees guarding the right side. Ross loved to challenge players with short holes that require smart decisions rather than brute strength—this one fits that mold perfectly.
Hole 9 – The Grand Finale (Par 4)
A tree-lined final hole with an elevated green that demands a thoughtful approach. Ross always believed a finishing hole should test both nerve and strategy—and this one delivers exactly that.
